Advice needed

I posted before about my runner bean problems and was told to sow some more seeds on 1st May. I sowed them on 3rd may and i am already having problems. They were in a small windowsill propergator in full sun. I have just upgraded them to single pot propergators. When i transferred them the roots were quite compacted on both plants. However the brown looking plant the seed casing looked a little moldy so i wonder if i over watered? Also my corgette plants arnt looking great either. Any advice on what im doing wrong please? I love gardening and other things im growing are doing really well. . First picture is corgette second and third is runner beans

The first 2 pictures look fine. I had a similar problem with the brown leaves and I removed them from the propagator
and now they are fine. Was told I only needed them under cover to get seed started and once it starts growing remove them. Are the holes wide open as well

They don’t need a propagator and they look too dry.
i sowed mine on the 3rd, bit later than usual.
still time to sow some more. Just leave them on your worktop somewhere or a conservatory, not in full sun so they bake and keep the compost damp all the time.
They have a very long tap root so sow them in a deep pot, I use root trainers, you could use kitchen/toilet roll roll tubes.
