Hello I have a number of these in pots which have just finished flowering.  (These are not the ones that have berries). Should I go over the whole bush nipping off the faded flowers or can I just leave them to it?  Many thanks

It's fine to do that. Since they are very slow growing, just nip out the flowerheads only. That should tidy them up.

I'd agree - aesthetically, it improves the shrub, but it's not a problem if you leave them on.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
