What is happening to all of my plants?

Novice here when it comes to gardening.. I have  a feeling it may be a pest of some sort, but I wonder if you can enlighten me as to what is causing this and how to stop it before it kills everything in my garden...

Some of mine look the same. I think it’s hail damage.

The plants look to be thriving despite the damage.  I don't think you've got anything to worry about if they're not wilting or going yellow or mouldy.
  • Hopefully that's all it is, a bit of storm damage!!
  • The black spots look like bacterial leaf spot, you’ll need to spray with fungus fighter as if there’s any plants around the infected plant, it spreads, the infected plant/s will eventually die too.

I wouldn't ever spray with anything... most of those plants look pretty healthy to me.  You could pick off any badly spotted leaves if you want, but I'm fairly confident they'll recover.
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Simply looking at your photos.  At face value.  I'd say that the condition is a passing weather condition.  Viewing the 'damage' as a plant pathologist.  I can only suggest.  Live withit or where required, removed the affected leaves.
Your pictures show different plants, species etc.  Pathologically most known and recognised, problems tend to be endemic to individual types.
