Hi can anyone help me out pls and tell me what these are??they are all the way up the tree and all over the paved area surrounding🤷🏻‍♂️The tree itself is 50%covered in them and has been leaking Sap for 4-5 weeks now??

    Hi... yes I live close to Brighton !thankyou for ur reply , I looked at the link 👍👍would you say they look like st marks??

    Looks like some kind of conifer aphid to me but it's hard to tell. There's definitely some aphids in that last photo. A feast for the birds though and I doubt they can do much harm to a tree of that size.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    Funnily enough this week the birds have been feasting in the tree😂👍my main concern was if the tree would be damaged so glad to hear they won’t ..thanks for the reply👍Will they disappear on their own accord or is action needed...🤷🏻‍♂️

    Thankyou... harmless it seems ,but glad when they’ve gone as bit fed up of taking them through the house after being in garden 🤦🏻‍♂️😂
