Clematis Armandii help- is it the Wilt?!?

Hi folks, I though Armandii was pretty wilt resistant, this plant's been in for about 9 months, growing like anything but some disturbing brown spots have appeared in the last week or so. Any thoughts on what it is and what we can do please? TIA!

Certainly not wilt, although I don't know what it is.
