Does anybody know this plant? The photo was taken in January in London. It was blooming already in December, still in flower now. The colour of the flowers is deeper purple than on the photo.

It looks to me like a Senetti

Not frost hardy, but in a sheltered spot in a big city which can have its own microclimate, in a mild winter, it can survive.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
