Wanting to grow Crysathemums from seed
Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me, I am wanting to grow a specific Chrysanthemum from seed; I love the white spray Mums that you buy in the supermarket, specifically the white ones. I’m not sure if they are the same but usually I see two types; one with the green or yellow spot in the centre where the seeds are and one without. I am wanting to grow the ones without the green/yellow centre. Can anyone direct me in the way of some seeds I could grow? I want to grow them all through summer so I have an abundance of blooms throughout.

I don't think you'll find seed for just white chrysanths, I have grown mixed chrysanths from seed and they're quite easy.

If you want flowers all summer long you may be better of looking for white argyranthemum

The Chrysanthemums your looking for are usually taken from cuttings rather than seed in the UK and sold as small plants seed is difficult to find as most plants are legal protected by the growers.
