I think most of us wouldn’t want “enough “ of that! Any at all would be too much!

A French friend is always amused by our road signs saying ‘Beware soft verges’. She says it’s the hard ones you need to worry about.

...  I find a glass of whisky at bedtime helps, as does singing the Whiffenpoof song over and over in my head.  Or Dylan's "Simple twist of fate".
Oooh The Whiffenpoof Song!  Bing Crosby's version ... Ma used to sing that to us when we were very little ... thank you @josusa47 ... I'd almost forgotten it :)

I need 8-9 hours of sleep or otherwise, I am not able to function. Luckily I am self-employed and I can be a night owl. I do some work in the morning (I mean before lunch, not really morning), then I can do some gardening in the afternoon and again work in the evening.

Assuming we are talking about repose rather than rumpy pumpy, I don’t know what age(s) you are Shaz and Danny, but insomnia does become more prevalent for some older folks. Some operate better at some times than others. Some have siestas. Some live in different time zones. Some are retired so have more time on their hands. Some are hugely experienced gardeners but now, due to age or disability, cannot garden so much themselves these days but whose input is highly valued. Some are bright young things with energy on tap. These things do not make you a lesser or less effective gardener.

Some wonder why your posts are phrased in a somewhat combative manner and wonder when you are going to post anything on actual gardening. Of course, its fine to post random topics in the potting shed, thats what it is for. But it would be nice if you also shared more information about where you garden, what you grow, pose some gardening/plant queries or help others with theirs.

.... I should add that I am not guilty of sending anyone a pm in the wee small hours. Ever.
    Me neither 😂
