Novice gardener- weeds or flowers

Hello,
I’m very new to gardening, I have lived in London for the past few years... I finally got a garden space and made the most of it and planted lots of things (that I haven’t been keeping track of
).... can anyone identify this plant? And are they able to tell me if it is a weed or flower? The leaves are kind of furry if that helps
