ID please. Wild mustard perhaps?

This is growing beside my father's bird table.  It's more than 6 feet tall.  We had assumed it was niger, but the flowers don't look right.
He thinks it's wild mustard; the flowers look right, but the leaves don't.  It's got a nice sweet fragrance.

It’s a brassica...  I would have said oil seed rape as that’s often in bird food, but it’s a bit too tall. And mustard does smell nicer so could well be right.

not Mustard, that has crinkly, rough looking  leaves. Oil seed rape?

Thanks @nutcutlet. There were bees all over it today, and I see that bees like oil seed rape, so that may well be it.
