What should I do here?
I have a space next to the path which goes under the pergola leading to the greenhouse. At the moment there is a grape and a clematis on one of the posts and jasmine on the other.
I am thinking of taking out the grass between the two and putting wires between the two posts so I can grow even more plants but the area doesn't get much more sun than seen in the picture (taken at 11. 15) so I would like some ideas as to what would be happy in the space. Our soil is heavy clay!
Any suggestions please?

You could experiment with annual climbers like thunbergia, cup and saucer plant, nasturtium etc at not much cost, see what flourishes in your conditions.
(I think it looks perfect as it is now, I may change a plant but not the layout if it were mine)
