My sloe bush

I have several sloe bushes growing in my garden. One of the bushes has yellowing leaves that then fall off. I have fed the bushes and the others are doing well. Is this one lacking a nutrient?

Sloe bushes  (Prunis spinosa or blackthorn)  are plants used in hedgerows, often self sow. They never get fed and thrive on neglect. They need minimal maintenance apart from pruning to keep in shape.  Presuming this is in the ground and not in a pot,  is it recently planted? What type of soil is it on?
