Weed/plant

hello you lovely people..

im sure you get this all the time and I’m sorry in advance to have to ask. I’m an enthusiastic beginner at gardening and I don’t know if I’m nurturing a weed or a plant.... please help. Before I moved in to the property this area used to be a vegetable patch so unsure if it’s a potato plant.. I will attach the photos to help.

    Definitely not a potato. It doesn’t look like a vegetable to me, so my vote is for a weed. But I’m prepared to stand corrected. Hold on, someone will know. 
    Carmarthenshire (mild, wet, windy). Loam over shale, very slightly sloping, so free draining. Mildly acidic or neutral.

    I’m not liking it much anyway so I’m happy to pull it out if a weed.. it’s growing faster than my actual plants so I’m thinking weed... 😄 my Mum keeps assuring me it will flower 😂
