What's this seedling please?

Hello
I dug out some baby hellebores to grow on for other parts of the garden and this seedling has appeared. Nothing near the parent plant is like this - it lives near a mint plant and little else so I'm a bit stumped. Not sure if the leaves are meant to be red/brown or if it doesn't like the sun.
I also have another mystery plant that grew from beneath a mallow I lifted about 4 feet from the hellebore, and it sort of looks possibly similar. The mallow disappeared, to be replaced by this, which has grown this much since last summer, having been outside in a pot all that time and totally neglected.

No longer newish but can't think of a new name so will remain forever newish.
