Curly leaves on my new roses

I planted 8 Arthur Bell floribunda in March (pot grown). They are growing nicely and have buds on them. However, the leaves on three of them are curling over and one of the bud stems (which is quite thick) has grown over in a bend whereas it was quite straight when it started. I've looked at the back of the curly leaves and can't see any pests. Any suggestions anyone?
