Shrub identification request

Please could someone name this shrub that was in our garden when we moved here 7 years ago and has suddenly exploded into life  it’s about 1 metre in height and width and zooming in you can see that the tiny leaves are variegated.  Many thanks  ddenly

    Looks like a Variegated Lonicera , the variety maybe lemon beauty  
  • Nice one. Would never have looked at Lonicera.  I was going down the Hebe route but can clearly see now from looking up shrubby Lonicera. Thank you.
