Couch grass

I have used weed killer to get rid of some patches, but I'm noticing small amounts in certain areas as well.

Is couch grass something that will just 100% take over my lawn?, or can I get away with just letting it blend in?

Brown burn marks, all over my lawn after using WK and its going to take a good 3 weeks to grow new grass, hoping to hear I can just live with it and it won't 100% takeover

:)

The regular mowing will weaken it in a lawn so a few patches are not really a problem  unless it is in an area close to border etc., where it could 'escape'.  I'd just keep hand pulling any bits you see from now on.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Won't it spread over the months/years and takeover the grass?

Does it effect or kill my grass?

    I have no borders

Normal lawn grasses are types chosen to regrow after regular cutting so they should dominate over time, while the couch will struggle if cut back regularly.  It doesn't weaken other grasses in any parasitic sort of way.  Regular mowing is the trick.
