Helleborine?

A patch of these have appeared in a wild bit of the garden, fairly sure its a Sword-leaved Helleborine (Cephalanthera Longifolia), at least thats the nearest match I could find. Might have to wait for the flowers to open fully, but could anyone confirm? Thanks.
