Frost damaged buddleia

My buddleia has been damaged by the recent frost and is now looking very sorry for itself!!
Can anyone recommend how to prune the damaged parts.  There does look like there has been some new growth.

    cut down to the next undamaged bud.
    In all my years of gardening I have never seen a Buddleia so damaged as this year. :(

    Still some good live shoots to cut back to though.

    That's exactly how mine looks 😯

    I have other Buddleias but this is the only one that suffered, must have been very new growth when the frost struck. The thermometer on the house registered -3C, so probably lower away from the house
