Woodland plants from seed

Hi all, I'm looking for some ideas on woodland plants to grow from seeds in shady/semi shady conditions. I already have ferns, hostas, aquilegia, white foxgloves. What are your favourite plants to grow from seeds that would work well with these? I was thinking about woodruff and violas but looking for more inspiration. Maybe forget me nots too.

    Dodecatheon pulchellum. One of my favourite plants.

    Thanks. Nigella hispanica looks lovely. I might order some of that. Seedaholic also have Dodecatheon pulchellum which will try too. Is it difficult to grow?

    I love our native hellebore, Helleborus foetidus, happily seeds itself around in even the deepest, driest shade, and offers a bit of zinginess at this time of year. 
    Hesperis, sweet rocket, is another that happily seeds about in shade, with the added bonus of lovely scent. 
    Alchemilla mollis is a nice frothy reliable filler

    Violets are easy from seed and love woodland conditions.  I have a pink flowered one, as well as Viola labradorica, which has dark leaves and blue flowers.  They'll seed around a bit, which is nice in woodland.  Native primroses do well on a shady bank here, grown from seed.

    I've grown Geranium phaeum from seed.  There's a white form too, and both are happy in shade.  White honesty (Lunaria annua) is great in semi-shade, as is Sweet Rocket (Hesperis matronalis).  And I also have Jacob's Ladder, Polemonium caeruleum, growing happily from seed in quite a lot of shade.  There are white forms of these last two, as well.  :)  
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

    Lunaria rediviva (Perennial Honesty) is reliable , easy from seed , highly scented with attractive ovoid seed-pods .
    Easily controllable if too happy ; deserves to be more widely grown .
    Prefers dampish soil .

    Bowles' Golden Grass would fit the bill nicely. Milium effusum "Aureum".

    I've also grown Thalictrum delavayi from seed, which takes dappled shade.
