Broad beans

I sowed the sutton last autumn which i have done before successfully. Howver, they are looking distinctly battered and sad. Can't decide whether to keep going with them or give up and start again.

They’ve overwintered well and are full of blossom. Looking forward to gammon, broad beans and parsley sauce. 😋

As these get a bit taller Ill put a ‘fence’ of tomato canes and strings around them for a bit of support as they’ll have the weight of the bean pods to carry.
