Wisteria stopped growing

In February I planted some Wisteria Sinensis seeds and they quickly sprouted and grew. However, they got to a certain point in their growth and then stopped. They are about 10cm tall now, I would expect them to be much taller after this long?

I started them off under a grow light and now I keep them in the cellar where it's cool and frost free but get plenty of light. Right now they are outside in the sunshine because I thought that might help, I'll put them back in tonight.

Does anyone know why they're not putting on any growth?

I suspect they’re concentrating on growing roots.

10cm seems quite tall for seedlings sown in February ... how many leaves do they have and how thick is the stem?

it'd be good to see some pics.

Wisteria grown from seed can take up to 15 - 20 years to flowering stage, I don't want to put you off growing it but that a long time to wait for flowers

    Hi Dovefromabove,

I've attached images, they're actually only 5 and 6cm but if it's correct as you say that they are concentrating on growing roots then I suppose I shouldn't be worried. They look pretty healthy otherwise :)

Hi Perki, yes, I am aware of this, but I have patience... Whether I'll be around to see it bloom is another thing haha, fingers crossed!

They look fine to me. Could you make a sort of cold frame so that hey can live outside and get plenty of light?

    That's a good idea, I'll do that!

Alright... so I need help again.. Still on the Wisteria I'm afraid. Does anyone know why they now look like this?

Some leaves have already fallen off. All three plants look the same, the soil was quite dry so I watered them with the addition of liquid seaweed but not sure if that will help or not. Any ideas?
