  Hi @Peter553 , when you say "fill a wall", l take it you are talking perennial climbers.

  Is it this wall you still have a bit of a gap for something?
  
  As AnniD said, I thought the wall, but do you mean to fill a gap in the bed.

  Hi Not the same wall I previously referred too. This is a raised bed -brick wall ( 5 x 3 ft )-  facing east that also has the rear of garage wall backing onto it. On which I could place a trellis for climbers such as those described on link..Many thanks.Peter
