Concrete post vine eye ties for espalier

hi. I have some four year old espalier. I want them to be away from my fence by six inches or so. Is their a product that connects to my concrete posts that does that so I can train them along a wire. I will ultimately need to do the same with the bit above the post but will sort that out later. Thanks.

    You can use these brackets or similar https://www.rivelinglenproducts.com/concrete-post-fixings---wire-anchors-33-c.asp and make up extension pieces using galvanised repair plates like below or similar bolted in the middle. You might need to find a plate with holes that match the 2 holes on your brackets for the best stability and add a couple of extra nuts onto the bracket bolt threads to hold the extra bit in place tightly.
