Keyes fluid

how long before putting plants back in greenhouse after spraying with Keyes fluid.

    Did you spray the plants or the greenhouse?
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    Assuming you mean Jeyes Fluid?

    Should be ok to put plants back in once the surfaces are dry. There will be a slight whiff of eau-de-public-toilets for weeks though. I only used the stuff once - really don't like the smell.

    Know what you mean about the smell,  it reminds me of public loos as well!

    Thanks all, actually I love the smell😉 N o I didn’t spray plants, I will put them back in.

    I have just sown a row of peas and one of broad beans, i cut up an old tee shirt and soaked it in diluted jeyes fluid and laid the strips along the rows to disguise the smell of the seeds, hopefully it will keep the mice away from the seeds.

    A helpful thread here. Note toxicity to cats especially but generally it's the napalm of the cleaning product world. A horicultural soap would have been just as effective and less toxic.
