I ordered a blackberry and 20 strawberry runners as a 'special offer' and got an email saying track your order but not for 24 hours and they arrived before the time was up. they came last Friday.
I ordered in February from Dobies and my strawberry runners ( arrived 3 weeks ago) and surfina ( last week) have all been delivered and are growing well.

Thanks @Mrs-R3 It's not been a month yet, the money has been taken from my credit card. The website and phone lines have reopened (even though the phone just rings and rings once you've selected which option you want), so hopefully they are catching up. I'll give it go the start of next month.
