Hi im looking for a raised bed to plant flowers in. I need one high enough to drive under with my wheelchair.I have measured, 10ft/305cm across and then from one corner of the planter to the other is 2ft3/70cm, from the floor to the top is 2ft6/76 cm. Needs to be on legs. Where can i browse at some? Not too expensive.

Ive not seen it but I’m wondering if it might be possible for someone with DIY skills to adjust the height to suit you.

My brother uses Veg Trugs (https://www.vegtrug.com/range/vegtrug-planters/classic-vegtrug/medium-18m-vegtrug/) quite happily, though he still has to be side on as his powerchair is quite high so he can't get his knees under. However, he is gardening one handed so would probably choose to be side on anyway.

You could contact Thrive (https://www.thrive.org.uk) as they have an enquiries line. They might be able to recommend somewhere - perhaps one of their regional centres - where you could have a look at planters 'in action'.

Don't know if this will help as you have to make it yourself, It's says you can make it yourself or you have someone who will make it for you. If this is not what your looking for try Plans for wheelchair access or build you own wheelchair access planters.
