  Gets confusing with 2 sets pics.
  Maybe better to start new thread for next batch.
  
  2nd batch..last pic... you mention red flowers rather than yellow.
  Might it be Euphorbia griffithii fireglow

  On second look I think Silver Surfer is right (She usually is!). If it is Euphorbia it can be cut down now.
