What tree is this please

Tree that was planted by the builders in new build house, I’ve never known what it is. Can anyone help please?

    I thought apple type too though I do not know apple and pear or plum types very well. I do agree with Ladybird4  it is a very pretty blossom.

    Keep an eye on the ties and stake post. It looks like it might already be clse to rubbing a little branch there.

    I am sure someone will advise you better about removing and replacing or re staking it at an angle lower to the ground.  it may be a pain to mow around but be better for the tree.

    I think it’s Pyrus Calleryana ‘Chanticleer’, Ornamental pear. A popular tree planted in rows here where I live. They do look lovely at this time of year.

    From the leaves and very white blossom that looks like a pear to me too ... probably the Chanticleer that Borderline suggests ... a lovely tree :)

    I agree, the staking needs re-doing properly.
