Fertiliser burn?

This anthurium plant was doing great for two years. Recently, the leaves became discoloured and distorted. I gave it a feed a month ago (a light one I thought) and that is the only thing I've done differently. Do you think it is fertiliser burn and will it recover if I flush it with water from a bottle?
