What’s this? Looks pretty but maybe nearly finished flowering? Like the fluffy flowers I wonder if it’s evergreen?😁

    Trachystemon orientalis? If so, not evergreen.

    Think you're right WillDB. At quick first glance l thought it was pulmonaria, l think they are related

    Trachystemon orientalis = Borago orientalis L. same family (Boraginaceae) as lungwort (Pulmonaria). Very similar to borage (Borago officinalis).
    Borage (Borago officinalis) can be found in nature; I expect Trachystemon orientalis is a horticultural variety, to be found in gardens, e.g. https://www.bethchatto.co.uk/s-z/trachystemon/trachystemon-orientalis.htm
    The OP does not say if that plant was found in the wild, in a garden or in their own garden.
