Does anyone know if you can get Dianthus barbatus 'Green Trick' seeds in UK?

my guess is that anything as weird as that doesn't seed true (if it seeds at all)
If you put in a search for it and nothing comes up (or only something on ebay) you can assume that is the case

It's a non-flowering variant so doesn't set seed and is therefore only available as plants.
