Edit not working

Has anyone else found that the Edit isn't working? I click on the tool cog wheel and nothing happens. My f on my Laptop isn't working properly and I can't correct it when it's left out.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Hmmm ..... yep, it’s working here too  :/

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Click on cog you get a rectangular black box with Edit (1 hour) written inside.
    So I clicked on that and mine is working. I have edited this and tested by writing this  this paragraph.

    Edit again to make sure sorry Lizzie no idea.
    Why doesn't your f work?

    I have the same problem. Which browser are you using? If you click on the cogwheel on the RHS of the black banner at the top what do you get?

    I used to be able to click on cog to get a rectangular black box with Edit (1 hour) written inside but now I don't.

    I still use Internet Explorer. Some time ago Nora @GW told me to change to Chrome but I couldn't do it, wouldn't install. OH has it and doesn't like it much so I didn't bother anymore.

    If I click on the cogwheel on the black banner I get my profile.

    Yup that's what I get, using Firefox. What you should get, and what I used to get until two or three weeks ago, is a dropdown offering five options (one of which was "mark all viewed", a very handy option). Now as you see, it skips that dropdown and goes straight to your profile. "glad" it's not just me :smile:

    Sounds a bit like somebody changed something somewhere and it's broken some browsers.

    Waterfox here, used to be Firefox before that and the edit button cog worked the same on both.
    The top right cog in the black banner I get the five options drop down menu profile thing.
    Hope you all get fixed soon.

    Yes, Hazel, both cogwheels are not behaving normally though. They were fine a couple of weeks ago.

    Just edited - Woohoo, Edit cog is working today! I just tried it on the Forkers thread and it worked, tried it here ditto. Thanks for your replies.
