Autumn sown sweet peas

My sweet peas sown last autumn are huge, I have hardened them off over the last few weeks but can they be planted out yet with this cold weather?

Yes. They only need protection from wet and wind. They're hardy.

If they've been properly hardened off, your soil conditions are good, and they aren't going to be exposed to harsh winds and rain, they should be fine.
If you haven't been nipping them out at the top to get them bushier, you may find it's best to do that first though. Leggy, soft growth will be more vulnerable to weather conditions.
