Nematode Worms

I have had them waiting in the fridge for 7 days and today woke up this morning  to RAIN so I watered them into wet ground and finished the last bed of 8 in a hail shower.
Came home and had another 5 minute hail shower and now some 2 hours later POURING RAIN to wash them in.
Just have to water every day for 10 days..

I have used them for the last 4 years and they work as in my first 3 seasons I had Tiger Slugs and loads of little ones.

Depending on how big an area you need to cover, I buy them for slugs and consider them worth every penny but I don’t have a huge garden. I am just happy to have found an environmentally friendly way to reduce their numbers that actually really does work !

It has just rained for 20 minutes so I dont need to hand water them today.

A fellow allotmenteer had a friend who worked at a local research station here near Brizzle and she said they work

80% of slugs are underground so we never know totally how effective they are but I think £24.00 once a year is good value...........£2.00 pm
