I have got a lot of geums in my garden, some growing on dryer soil are looking fairly similar to yours in the photo CraighB and others are looking healthy with green leaves and the start of flower stems. I would give them a good dose of watering, and see if they green up in the next 2 or 3 weeks. I have plenty of geum seeds available if you would like me to send you some:- Mrs Bradshaw, Lady Stratheden, Cooky and Rivale.
My Mrs Bradshaw and rivale are looking fine, but my Mei Tei is looking similar to yours (a bit more life in it, but not much). I'm going to give it a bit more time.
