The battle to save my Laurels

I'm very much a newbie at gardening but really enjoying it and getting lots of useful advice (https://forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/1025728/plant-identification, https://forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/1026050/frequency-of-foliar-feeding/p1) on it from people on here, so thanks!
The other day, I noticed that many of my Laurels seem to have what look like bite marks in their leaves. It's understandable that if they're malnourished - which they very like are at the moment, but I was wondering if there's anything I can do (apart from feeding and lots of watering) to get rid of the pests that are causing this?
