Honeysuckle Serotina

I bought this plant three years ago, for the past two years, it first gets greenfly, which I treat with a bug spray, then it gets a fungus, then I spray with fungus spray, then all the leaves fall off and it looks pathetic,what should I do, it is on a south facing wall
