I'm up for work and rejoicing that the clocks have changed.
Forget the sleep bit , it's only one night , for the next 7 months we have an extra hour before we put our lights on at night. Unless you have shares in the electricity supply companies, we're all saving money. What's the complain about?

I'm one of those that sort of looses the hour, but it's never bothered me.

I have to be up to ensure my wife gets all her pain relief at least one hour before the carer's come in to get her up, and as that can be anytime from 07.30 I really have to up by 05.30 to get everything done.

On the bright side I do get to see the sun come up each day  :)

Trust me to arrange a holiday that starts today.  Had to get up at 7 instead of 8, that's much too early for me especially on a Sunday.

I used to find that the Monday morning following the clock change was worse. We'd crawl into work where all the clocks showed it was "really" 7am, not 8am. Several coffees were always needed that morning.

Changing the clocks has never made a difference to me 😊

We usually swap the hour at night for an hour in the morning, being early to bed and early to rise types. Happily, the dark mornings are gone again in a few weeks anyway and I do like the lighter evenings - who wouldn't?
