  • Great tips to reuse plastic containers for seeds. Do you make holes in the bottom?  I have a single use plastic lidded cupcake tray that I think I can experiment with.

    Yes ... they need plenty of drainage ... you can make holes with a hot skewer. Be careful! 😊

    I use an old blunt screwdriver which I heat over the gas fire to make holes in pots. Once the tip is hot, it is very easy to poke holes through plastic.

    And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)
