Help identifiying a plant

Hello,
Does anyone know what this plant is?
A work colleague brought it in the office at the start of the year and it sits on my desk.
Its seems to be doing ok but have no idea what is is!

Looks like a rather etiolated example of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana ; often bought as mainly unwanted 'gifts' around the Xmas period .

They thrive best in a bright (but not too sunny) position with light watering and minimum temperatures of around 10 C !

Thank you both, i'll get it moved into a brighter window spot. Is it worth cutting it back a all?

I would. You could make several cuttings out of the sections you removed, too.
