Pond creature ID

Hi All spotted this clinging to some algae while I was watching a dragonfly larvae. Any idea what it is?

    I took it onto my finger and it’s one organism, slimy, about 4 or 5mm maybe a slug of some sort?? It’s transparent other than the red you can see... interesting little thing!
