Change email address

Can someone, or a moderator, tell me how I can change my email address. When I go into 'edit your profile' the email address is greyed out and I can't find anywhere on the website to change it.

you have to click on the main site where it says Gardeners world.com then you’ll need to sign in again, you’ll see ‘account’ at the top right hand corner, click on settings and follow from there.

Just though about it and realised It’s all here, user name, email and password change.
