When having a low moment....

Was not having a great day today, feeling really low. I ventured out into the garden as this helps me immensely. Then what lifted my spirits was this beautiful peacock butterfly, that came and landed so close to me. And it just spread its beautiful wings in the warmth of the
sun.

That sums up the gardening for me. It’s indeed therapeutic.

Glad that helped Jacqueline.   Nature is indeed wonderful and gardening is therapeutic on so many levels.
