  • My goodness I didn't realise my shed had a relative. You have a lovely garden and greenhouse! :), may I ask what brand your greenhouse is as we have decided to go for it :D.
Haha I would have had to regroup the Ground Force crew to turn my folks garden into GardeningLily's :).
Sorry for the delay in commenting as my internet has been down for the last couple of days.
    Thanks everyone

  • Just to say that I also share the greenhouse love! We moved house recently and ‘inherited’ a greenhouse which has encouraged me and my better half to get green fingered and start planting some seeds. However, the original greenhouse that came with the house had seen better days so we decided to invest in a new one. It’s not something I had ever really imagined investing in before, but now we wouldn’t be without one. We bought ours here https://www.building-supplies-online.co.uk/outdoor-and-garden/garden-buildings.html - they have a few styles to choose from depending on the size and shape of your garden. Will try and take a pic later and post, when the sun’s shining!

Hi there, @gardeninglily1 ... is that a fine galvanised water butt you have there? May I please ask where you got it from...? Many thanks. X

  • Thank you @kanerjames that’s very kind of you. We have very similar tastes haha. It’s a Rhino greenhouse - they are expensive but I tried to keep the cost down by having plain aluminium staging and no finials etc. Like everything you can keep spending if you’ve got it.
@Janie B it is a washtub and has a tap on it. It’s got a bowl inside so I grow my rocket in there during the summer months. We love to eat it but it looks gorgeous even if it flowers.
