Rudbeckia Goldsturm looking poorly

Rudbeckia purchased spring 2017, flowered well and overwintered in it's pot.  Spring 2018 transferred to a large tub and again flowered well.  I think it overwintered ok but nothing seems to be happening with new growth.  I top dressed it recently with blood, fish and bone.  Should I attempt to split it or am I being impatient?  See photos of last summer's growth and now Thanks

    Mine have only just started to show so it might be to early but others will know.

    Mine looks just like yours, it’s coming, they like warmth, hang on a bit and you’ll see it shooting out just fine. 
    It would do better planted out in the garden but if that’s not an option you could thin it out a bit and make another pot full.

    Thank you Dee73and Lynn. I was a little concerned but we are in East Lancs and lacking in sunshine. I forget that this plant is a late summer species and has some catching up to do. I think next year will be splitting time. Thanks again.
