Raspberry Polka Primocane

Can you plant Polka primocane without pruning first they are about 12" long I have bought 24 but the have no instructions about whether to prune or not.

    I would leave them for this year I did with mine last year they are doing well now. Next spring you can cut back to the ground or try double cropping
