Tulips.

   Help.  Planted tulip bulbs in pots last October. There are only leafs appeared up till now in 3 pots.. One pot I planted seems OK

    That's fine @eddie3, tulips are only just appearing and they are early this year. You should see stems with buds on appearing very soon. If not, some of the bulbs could possibly be duff ones I'm afraid and you could try asking for a refund.
