I would hope it's only being watered at ground level, as any wet leaves will only make matters worse.

If they’ve com from a nursery they may well have been watered via an overhead system ... I think it’s interesting that the ‘white powder’ is in the groove along the main vein of the larger/older leaves which could be the result of overhead watering/feeding.

Powdery mildew usually includes blackish blotches on the leaves ... I may have missed them but I can’t see any.

If the plants arrived from a nursery with powdery mildew id be sending them straight back  ... that being said it’s very early in the season for powdery mildew ... 😐

I wondered that @Dovefromabove, l thought maybe it was because (l assume), they'd been brought on for the show and were stressed?
  • I thought that, but it seems excessive for water marks, although I agree that I can’t see any black marks. I hope that’s the case. I’ve wiped all of the leaves down, so will see if the white comes back

@brent.purtell , just wondered how things were going ? Not long now until showtime !  :)
  • Hi! Very busy running around getting the last bits. Good news is that the white marks were from feeding and not Mildrew, so great news there. Start building the garden on Thursday..

If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
