Bare root geranium Johnsons blue

I have just received delivery of these can they be planted out now or pot them until soil warmer.

    You can do either, depending on your local situation.

    I just potted my up in March and put in a plastic greenhouse so it starts to grow. I did make the mistake one year of just taking them out the packing without wetting them first. Took longer to start shooting

    They are young plants so I would pot them and protect from frost in a greenhouse or cold frame. The improved heat level will bring on better top growth and root ball. If you plant them out now your not going to see anything resembling the plant, so I would wait
